Brianna is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) who has completed courses in fascial refinement, scar tissue management, CranioSacral Therapy, extraoral TMJD treatment, soothing Indian head massage, and oncology massage. In combination with an initial assessment, her evidence-based treatment approach is gentler, slower, and intentional to have a positive, long-lasting impact.

Brianna does not tend to use deep tissue massage in her treatments and will only increase pressure when the tissues respond and allow more depth. As a hypermobile person who has experienced chronic pain, she understands that while deep pressure works well for some bodies, it is not the solution for everybody, which is where her lighter, soothing treatment style comes in.

She works to communicate with your nervous system to implement changes on your tissues and facilitate your body's ability to heal, using fascial and decompressive techniques in addition to Swedish massage to allow more space and movement in the tissue layers. Brianna’s treatments can be described as calming, relaxing, and therapeutic, and can work well for a variety of needs, including the daily ache or pain, chronic injuries and pain, as well as scar tissue.

Indian Head Massage Treatment: a deeply relaxing treatment focused on the face, scalp, neck, and shoulders.

CranioSacral Therapy Treatment: a gentle, light-touch, whole-body treatment technique developed by John Upledger that works with the body’s craniosacral system to support and nourish the central nervous system, improving the body’s ability to self-care and heal (Upledger Institute).

• 60 minute CranioSacral Therapy Treatment: $115.00
